I also mentioned in thread as many times as “shoulder bag” which only use the top tabs. The issue is with the bottom tabs which will only get used as backpack
Look, I don't know how you use your bag, how much weight of stuff you put into the bag, I'm trying to say is, I have had it for 2 years, I carefully used it for dozens times, and I don't put very heavy stuff in it, so far, the bag still looks brand new just like the first day I got it.
It is a great bag, every bag deteriorates and will show signs of wear quicker if use it frequently and not carefully, and how people use their bag very differently, if you worry about wear, the best bag wears the best is actually Neverfull in damier ebene print
Good for you. And im saying here it’s not the case for everyone and issue still persist in just 3 uses and with careful use. I also dont put a lot on my bag, just card case, coin purse, and a a pack of tissues. I dont even put my phone in the bag (it’s place is my jeans pocket).
If that then certainly is the quality issue with your bag you possibly could bring it to your SA have them look at it and possibly replace it
My PSM also had all 4 tabs fraying after using a couple of times. They were reglazed and noticed that they were done with thicker glazing this time. Haven't had any issues since and it's been almost a year.
That's good to hear. My PSM is now with LV for complimentary repair. I hope the repair will be done well
