Yes, it holds as much as my Utility Phone Sleeve that I use daily. I wanted to upgrade to something slightly bigger for daily run around and the mini would do good.
The high rise is more for when I travel...though I could use the mini for travel but I wouldn't use the high rise as a daily bag.
Ugh...now I'm really thinking of keeping both, lol. I originally only wanted one.
