I brought a Mini Bolide in Bleu du Nord a few months ago and I love this mini bag! I'm not a big fan on mini bags because it just doesn't fit the bare minimum that i need to take with me, so mini bolide wasn't on my radar at all until i seen and tried it in store!!

It fits a small iphone, a small pack of tissue, a card holder/or a small pouch with some notes and card, and a pair of sunglasses in soft case. It's a great bag for me to bring for a weekend or vacation!

I'm 174cm tall, so the biggest downside is the strap length as I can't wear it crossbody with just the original strap. I ended up using a twilly to make an extension so that I can wear it crossbody.
Can I ask if you don’t mind sharing a pic of how you created that extension with your TWILLY to wear it xbody? I am looking to extend mine too. TIA.

Also I don’t know where to look for the authenticity stamp in my mini bolide? It’s my first bolide. Apologies if I am asking in the wrong forum. My cuz bolide 27 it was under the little flap end of the bag zipper but I don’t see any on my mini??? TIA.

I found mine behind the inside slip pocket. Took me a long time to find it

Just to add to this conversation -- I was loving all the mini bolide photos I was seeing online, so I went into my store to try one on. I tried on the mini bolide in Rose D'Ete and Cricket and both looked comically small on me. I'm 5'9, thin build. I also tried on a Bolide 27 (which I had never considered) and thought it was perfect! Just sharing in case this is helpful for anyone. :)

I tried on both the mini bolide and the bolide 27 as well! I'm much shorter than you and the mini still looked ridiculously small on me. The 27 was a lot more practical on me, but neither one really made me that excited, even though I liked the idea of both.

I too found the mini bolide tiny in proportion on me. I am 5’5” and a size 6. I’ll stick to my 27 as it’s a great size to carry without being heavy or awkward. I already have three mini roulis that I wear cross body so I only need to use regular shoulder strap. But I can wear my 27 with a tressage 105 crossbody easily.

Sure, here are some photos. I just use a twilly to braid a strap that i can attach it on. There are some videos on YouTube how to braid using a piece of string/cord. View attachment 4661704 View attachment 4661705 View attachment 4661706

I have received a Bolide mini for Valentines but the strap is not long enough to wear crossbody. Now I’m interested to try your suggestion with Twilly. How many Twilly do you in these pictures? If you can explain step by step :love: Oh where did you get that ring may I ask? Thank you

Off to the Farmer’s Market today! Love my mini Bolide! I use one twilly, thread it through one of the loops so it’s half on each side and then tie regular, but loose knots. After about 4 knots I slide the strap buckle on and tie two more times tightly. This part is important, I didn’t tie tight the first time and my bolide took a dive! So cute and works perfectly cross body.
