But the 21-year-old singer appeared happier than ever as she chatted to some male pals outside a recording studio in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Miley, 21, was casually dressed in black trousers, held up by braces, a cropped white top and boots.

Her cropped blond hair is growing out and was brushed into an unflattering bowl style.

Lol, wow this girl just gets more fug by the day. I can say she does have pretty eyes, but beyond that she is truly disgusting looking.

TG I have never been a fan of Marc Jacobs, otherwise I would be so disappointed in the brand and prob ban myself. If Karl ever even thinks of putting this thing in any of his ad campaigns I just won't know what to do!

We’re only two weeks in to the new year and the 21-year-old singer is continuing her partying, hanging out with former pimp turned hip-hop personality Bishop Don Juan at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood.
