Thank you everyone! It really has escalated quickly! LOL.

After sleeping on it without cutting tags, I have actually decided that the blue lacquer is not the blue I was hoping for. It has too much purple hue, not like cobalt of yore. I am in this phase lately where it has to be head over heels love to keep a bag. So back to Zappos it went. I'm going to try out a grey birch small Phoebe instead as I don't have nearly enough gray/neutral in my collection. Any grey birch Phoebe owners here who can comment?

As for orange spice, I love it, but was a bit disappointed in the one sent to me from feebay. It was an overpriced outlet bag, possibly a return. Did not resemble the bag in the listing (that one had no bullet in creed, and plastic on hardware). The bottom of the bag had a white stain of some kind that I had to wipe off, and the leather on one side of the base was bizarrely flat and rough.

Happy ending though: I alerted the seller and she is actually sending me another one and paying for me to ship back the first one! She also sent me photos of the other ones she has and allowed me to choose which bag I liked best. I still probably overpaid but looks like a new orange spice phoebe is a rare find these days. I will get my replacement hopefully on Saturday.

Beautiful collection! I only have two Phoebes, black violet and grey birch. I think you'd like the grey birch, it's a beautiful neutral. Mine is the pintuck version. I really want the gold one but am waiting for it to go on sale at Dillard's. How is the metallic holding up? Any issues?

I have acquired a couple more small Phoebes this week, bringing my collection to seven (!). I will probably stop there if no more colors are released since I don't really want any of the other offerings.

Since I have so many, which I know is nuts, I thought I'd put them all together for a family picture!

My favorite is gold. She is dreamy. If I were forced to only keep one, it would be gold, by a mile.

Great collection! I love Phoebe too. Only have 4 though at the moment. Interesting that the four I have are colors you do NOT have!

I have Canary, Peach Rose, Parchment and Chestnut! Love this style.

I received my grey birch today and as I'd hoped, it's a keeper! Lovely perfect neutral warm gray and the leather is soft and glowy and it was definitely new (probably a dept store sale bag). Yay! Now I await my orange spice replacement and can take a lengthy break, especially since I also replaced that unfortunate teal Rhyder with a gorgeous teal Rebecca Minkoff MAM from 2010. :D
