I just bought a mini bag. It can't fit my cell phone. And I am ok with that. I have found if I put my cell in my bag I am constantly getting it out over and over again. So in all reality a phone is usually in my hand, passenger seat or pocket. The mini bag I got will fit my cards, AirPods and key FOB. I can put a mask and hand wipe in there. That's all I really want to take out into the world right now. So I will be using that as long as my life doesn't change.

Hey leechiyong my mini bag lover buddy! How are you? Long time no see! Have you bought anything new and cute lately? Are you eyeing anything from Chanel or Dior? Please share. I have seen the my Dior vanity but boy oh boy is it tiny! Lol hope all is well!

Hi! It’s been going well. How about you?

I haven’t really bought anything lately other than the MCM Mini Soft Berlin. Right now, I’m eyeing the completely impractical Loewe Balloon Necklace, but that’s about it.

The only mini bag I own is a Chanel WOC, or maybe I could count my 2 Pochette Accessories. If I truly want to downsize and not have a phone in a bag, I use one of my many key pouches that hold my cards and a keys.

My bags are a part of my outfit, and for me, that's a bigger bag. My smallest is a Pochette Metis.

Hi leechiyong! I’m good thanks. Glad you’re well. I haven’t bought anything lately since my mc wc pieces. Nothing has made my heart sing much so am holding out for something good. Did you end up getting the micro diors? :graucho: :giggle: They are so cute but so tiny! Won’t fit much.How abt the Loewe balloon necklace? That is adorable too. I definitely agree with the current situation we’re all in, bags are getting smaller and the trend is definitely here to stay for a while. Look at Chanel’s mini/micro bag or should I say wallet as a bag with a handle? or that tiny/micro vanity bag with the handle? That was sold out. It had me searching for one at one stage but no luck. All snapped up by regular clients.

OMG, so sorry I saw this! Hope you're doing well. Haven't bought any new micros lately (my Peter Nitz micros have me obsessed), but sense it may change (see above post). :angel:

I think the teensy tiny almost solely "decorative" bags are a trend for sure! But I think a small crossbody that only fits essentials (wallet, phone, keys, maybe a lipstick or two) can still be a classic look. That's almost all I use anymore- with work-from-home I only go out for dinner, shopping, etc. and I don't need much! I love having a small bag to just grab and go.
