I've read that she had a liver transplant a while ago.

They obviously know the cause of death. It is their prerogative but they need to be ready for endless speculations.
She was so frail toward the end of her life. Gone too soon.

She was my idol growing up given our close age. I was a massive Harriet The Spy fan 🕵️. So sad to hear, my thoughts perhaps her liver transplant ended up failing?
