congrats! what is a good price to pay for one? and do they just come in one size? thanks

The one I got was 6" x 4" (approximately), and I paid $45.00.
I did a search on ebay and found it that way. I don't think they come much bigger than that, but I really don't know too much about the Michael Kors brand. I'm still learning. :) I think they make coin purses too, (and I think I saw cosmetic bags)

I am not familiar with MK retail structure...but, at the MK outlet they have Micheal by Michael Kors bags...are these the same quality as the ones in the Michael Kors full price boutique?

Or, do they make those bags specifically for the outet??

Following up with my own observations...MbMK definitely makes outlet versions of their handbags.

What's interesting to me is that they offer lower quality versions that are very similar to their current MbMK lines. The leather is definitely lower quality but they're still nice looking bags and are reasonably priced.

I also noticed that there are boutique transfers of MbMK as well.

It seems that the MK strategy is very similar to Coach's.

Just an FYI. I'm supposed to be on a ban but, I just checked out the luggage colored Astor shoulder/tote bag which was brought back by MK because it was so successful, and made up my mind I am going to buy it when the sales start. It's been a year and I still haven't stopped liking the bag! I love everything about it from the color, the studs, the chain strap hanging down, the ample interior pockets and the price point!

Best part I'm leaving out and I don't know if everyone here knows, but the SA told me they warranty their bags up to two years if bought directly from them.

Well I will start just to say the fragrance is divine. I'm watching the bags for the exact right one. As a lifelong horse enthusiast who did do a bit of showing, I long ago learned the traits and features of fine leatherwork (the last thing it is is "blingy"). Kors implements features like padded rolled handles and superb leathers. I favor by far tailored more structured styles that neither are too sort or too squishy -- and I do like a fairly large bag. This mfgr. has come sooo close to exactly what I want: for me that's a tote with the handles that I described, at least an eleven-inch drop, and a snap-on shoulder strap for when I want my hands free. If you find what you want at a good price, and you are sure it's authentic, go for it. I love the touch and the feel of those that I have seen. I also appreciate good hardware, which they implement as well. Overall, they know how to make a great bag (including the weight) with most all the bells I look for in a good business bag; at this point in time, I just seek that one more whistle. That's my .02......Happy hunting :smile1:.

I'm trying really hard not to cheat on MJ, but I saw the Frankie at TJ's for $99 yesterday and I'm so tempted to go back. They had it in black, too, but it looked so perfect in taupe. Does anyone have one?

(Not my pic, just for reference)

I have to return some things tonight and if it's still there, I think I'll grab it. I got a few of the $10 certificates in the mail today from my rewards card so it'll be practically free, assuming no one else was smarter than I and grabbed it already.
