I totally agree and it's nice for some understanding about where I'm coming from. I'm not putting any designer down for this and it's an unfortunate truth that many are now made in China. I can't find reasonable priced anywhere else unless I go totally cheap and buy from Walmart...which is my next option lol

I don't see it as you putting anybody down; you have certain priorities and preferences, just like anybody else.

Walmart...good luck finding anything there! I think designer bags are becoming so increasingly mainstream that it's even more difficult than before to find decent non-designer bags.

I only have one MK bag, but I love it and have received a lot of compliments on it! It's the MICHAEL Michael Kors Brimfield Leather Tote in Blush Pink. The leather is buttery softy and there are tons of pockets inside--very cute and functional! I wear the purse with Steve Madden Loyyall in Blush Pink or nude pumps. It's one of my fav bags because of the gorgeous color, but it has a pen mark on it and some color transference :sad:

I really like MICHAEL Michael Kors bags. I think they are fashion forward, well made, and reasonably priced. You get a lot of bang for the buck with an MMK bag. Soft, buttery leather, cute colors and style, and a wide variety of styles to choose from.

I just bought the Gansevoort shoulder satchel in black leather from the Michael Kors store at the Forum Shops in LV. Very practical. I also like the large version.

Plenty to choose from!

I bought two bags from the Astor line when it first came out and I still don't get tired of them! They shall remain in my collection forever!

I noticed that the newer Astor bags don't seem to be of the same quality as the older Astor bags, though. I haven't bought any MK bags aside from Astor, so I guess I'm more of an Astor fan, but not a MK fan in general.

I'm a fan too, I have the webster red leather and the harness satchel, which is amazing. I will be buying more MK, I love the astor line and the gansevoort leather shoulder bag. I found some cheaper at TJ Maxx than ebay or on sale at dillards

M by MK was the very first designer bag I ever purchased! Definitely a good buy for the price; the leather is durable and some of the styles are really cute.

I love his bags. I have a gansevoort tote and out of all my bags, that commands the most attention. I wasn't that hot on his designs initially. I saw my bag on Ebay. The seller was a girl who caught the handle on a doorknob and tore it. I got it for cheap and took it to a saddle maker who sewed it up for $6. The leather wasn't torn, just the stitching. Other than that, it was extremely well cared for. It's my best bargain to date.

I'm drooling so much that my laptop is wet!!!! GORGEOUS bags!!! I just bought my FIRST MK this morning (see my avatar) and I am IN LOVE!!!! I cant wait to have a collection like this!!! I wish there was a Michael Kors forum!!!!

I don't know how they hold up but my niece has one and uses hers a lot and says she loves it. I think they are reasonably priced for the nice leather. Love their colors. I've only been in the Charlotte, NC, SouthPark Mall store and they were very helpful there.

I am not sure if they are maintenance free, but I am have not used any moisturizer on my bag so far. The leather isn't dry and I only wiped it with a damp cloth to clean it. I'd really recommend MK bags:smile1:

WOW that is amazing!!!! I am so used to having to apple my bags before use and during use, etc....it's nice to have a bag that needs NO maintenance to it!!!! How long have you had your bag? I am so glad you would recommend MK bags....I think I found my new love!!!!
