ok....just tried it again.....look on top where you type in the website.....just add the "s" after the "http" and dont touch anything else.....it works for me, but if I dont add the "s" I get the same error message you all do.

I tried it just now and it stilll doesn't work, thanks for your reply though.
 
do you use Internet Explorer or Firefox (or some other browser)? I always had problems with IE and never use it anymore (at home) and that's eliminated a lot of these types of problems. MK also uses Flash on their site - maybe you need to upgrade your Adobe Flash driver/program.

I use Mozilla Firefox, but this shouldn't be a problem because I was able to access the website a couple of weeks ago. But I will try going on with IE.

EDIT: Random... it's working with IE but not Mozilla for me. Oh wells, at least I'm able to access the site now, thanks iluvmybags!

Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from their email list? I am in Australia and they don't deliver O/S so I want to lose their email updates. Whenever I click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of their emails, it just takes me to the site and I can't work out how to unsubscribe :confused1:
 
Could someone who has access to the website send a note to them via the "Assistance" link on the top right hand corner of the home page and tell them that a bunch of us (I'm sure we're not the only ones...) can't get to the website at all or past the first page?

As I mentioned earlier, I've done all there is to do with my computer and Internet Service Provider (administrator), and no one can find anything that could possibly explain why I can't access the website. I continue to get this message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
