Michael Kors or Seiko?

most of my watches are seikos and they are wonderful.. one is 25 years old and still looks and runs great.

Go with Seiko. It's a real watch maker, rather than just a fashion designer.

definitely seiko. seiko watches are of great quality and i have two my self, one quartz and one automatic. they are well built, beautiful and look really nice. i am planning to start a seiko watch collection.

I'm trying to decide between a few gold chronograph watches. I love the look of a big chunky gold watch! Although my dream watch is a Chanel J12...I don't think I'm quite there yet! Maybe as a gift for myself when I graduate.

Can anyone weigh in on any of these, quality and looks-wise? Is one better than the other in terms of quality?

The Michael Kors one is $250, and the Seiko ones I've seen on different sites for about $150 give or take a few dollars. I just don't want to spend a lot on a watch that isn't worth the price. ...Although I suppose these are considered cheap in the world of watches!

Im guessing by now you have bought a watch but let me put in my 5 cents. Seiko may not look as appealing and flashy as MK but they are extremely well regarded in the watch world even from the seiko 5 at 99.99. MK is a really good looking watch but the movement and functionality are terrible, lucky if you get 10 years out of it (just buy a Apple Watch).

I like to compare it in the headphone realm. Those who like MK buy Beats headphones and those who like Seiko buy professional Sennheiser brand
