Unless he has evidence of the alleged abuse on video tape, I don't see how he is going to win. He could be charged with perjury for previously denying any abuse took place. He was a witness for the defense the first time Mj was in court for abuse.

It's disgusting that he he waits 4 years after Michael's death to make these accusations when he can't defend himself. If he was abused he should have confessed under oath and why go to the estate for money? he should have went to the authorities. Also he invited Michael to his wedding in 2005, why would he invite his abuser to his wedding,

BTW here he is in 2009 praising Michael.

(Reuters) - A close friend of Michael Jackson who had testified in defense of the late pop king at his child sex abuse trial said on Thursday that the singer had intimidated and brainwashed him into lying about years of sexual activity with him.

"It was complete manipulation (by Jackson) and brainwashing," choreographer Wade Robson told NBC's "Today" show. "He would role play and train me for these (court) scenarios."

Robson, 30, filed a creditor's claim under seal against Jackson's estate earlier this month alleging he had been sexually abused by the singer from age 7 to 14.

He made his claim against the singer's estate nearly four years after Jackson's sudden death in June 2009 from a lethal dose of surgical anesthetic propofol.

Robson, an Australian native, was a child dance prodigy and developed a friendship with Jackson, appearing in some of the singer's music videos in the early 1990s and sleeping over at Jackson's Neverland Ranch home in Southern California.

"From day one of the abuse, Michael told me that we loved each other and that this was love, that this was an expression of our love," Robson said. "And he would follow that up with, 'But if you ever tell anyone what we're doing, both of our lives and careers will be over.'"

Jackson was tried and acquitted in 2005 on molestation charges involving another minor. Robson testified at that trial in defense of the singer and also defended him during a 1993 criminal investigation into child sex abuse allegations.

The attorney for Jackson's estate said Robson's claim "is outrageous and pathetic."

"This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him," Jackson attorney Howard Weitzman said.

Robson, who has worked as a choreographer for pop singer Britney Spears, said the birth of his son two years ago triggered abuse-related nervous breakdowns and spurred him to speak out.

"For the first time in my life, I began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings in relationship to what Michael did to me might be a problem," he said.

Jackson's estate is in the process of settling dozens of claims from creditors and others who had dealings with him during his long career.

An unrelated wrongful death suit, brought by Jackson's family against concert promoter AEG Live, is in its third week of trial in Los Angeles.

MJ'S NEPHEW I WAS MOLESTED AS A CHILD And Michael Helped Me Cope

Michael Jackson's nephew Taj Jackson -- Tito's son -- just revealed he was molested by a family member on his mom's side when he was a kid ... and says Michael personally consoled him after the incident.

Taj dropped the bombshell on Twitter this morning during a tirade aimed at MJ accuser Wade Robson.

During the tweet session, Taj claimed he's in a unique position to judge Robson's sexual abuse allegations because he knows what it's like to have gone through such a traumatic experience.

"That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor," Taj tweeted. Followed by: "I was sexually abuse (sic). By [a family member] on my mom's side of the family when I was a kid."

As for Michael, Taj says MJ "was a support system for me and my mom" during his abuse ordeal ... he even tweeted a picture of a note he says MJ wrote to his mother. The scrawl reads:

"Dee Dee please read this article about child molestation and please read it to Taj (and his siblings) ... it brings out how even your own relatives can be molesters of children, even uncles or aunts molesting nephews or nieces. Please Read. Love MJ."

And Taj makes it clear -- he thinks Robson is LYING for CASH.

"What people will $ay and do for money and to $tay relevant is $ickening. De$perate times call for De$perate mea$ures. #Money."

I believe all the claims, always have. Michael was extremely weird dude... Wade might not have wanted to admit then or now, due to the embarrassment and scrutiny that he would have gotten and is getting now. Must sexual abuse victims would be EXTREMELY reluctant to admit to something that will so publicized. I think it was a bad decision to admit at all career wise on his part true or not.

I agree. He knew MJ since he was a child and probably loved him in a weird way. We can't understand stuff like that and I have a feeling what he is saying is true.

Interesting how MJ's death turned him into a great man and all the crazy stuff was wiped from people's minds.

This.

Weird does not= molester

Exactly. Michael was strange, he lived a unique life but other than fickle account which eve the Santa Barbara DA couldn't proves, I don't think he'd eve hard a child. He gave so much to children, his last accuser had cancer whom he was paying treatments for. It' once the payments stopped that he was accused, there's always an intent of a financial gain on the alleged victim's part.

That's the thing about celebrities and politicians that do wrong or illegal things. The people that love them/fans, refuse to believe wrong about them. There are too many boys saying this, the maid, the mental disorders Michael obviously had (just look at what he did to his face and skin), the fake marriages, etc... Dude was W-E-I-R-D, and had a strange obsession with little boys. What grown man has sleepovers with multiple little boys? I'll tell you who, Michael...

I agree... I like how Wade Robson formulated it: "Michael Jackson was, yes, an incredibly talented artist with an incredible gift. He was many things. And he was also a pedophile and a child sexual abuser."

You can be both: an incredible artist and a pedophile. One does not exclude the other.
