Janet Jackson has enough money to support her family. She is still getting checks. Speaking of which...

Janet Jackson wants Michael's kids

Janet Jackson wants custody of Michael Jackson's three children.

The late 'Man in the Mirror' star had reportedly discussed his wishes for his kids - Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven, known as 'Blanket' - in the event of his death and was even planning to draft a new will to amend custody details.

A source said: "There was a lot of rifts in the family, but Janet was the one person he spoke to regularly and he made sure the children kept in touch with her too.

I highly doubt that she wants more money.
I certainly hope this is true about Janet. It's clear she has an obvious bond and loving relationship with MJJ's children.

What I want to know has Chris Tucker said anything about his death. They were good friends right? He gave evidence at his trial.
I also want to know how Macaulay Culkin....(the kid from "Home Alone") is doing. Him and MJ were close and he said on TRL a few years back that he was still friends with him and was a god father to one of the kids. He stopped acting though and hasn't commented. I guess there is no need to tell everyone how you feel though.
BTW a supposed friend of Debbie Rowe has sold emails where she and Debbie discussed the custody of the kids.
E-mails Reveal Debbie Rowe Never Wanted Custody

A friend of Michael Jackson’s babymama Debbie Rowe has come forward with revealing e-mails that make it clear that Rowe has no interest in actually getting custody of the two children she had with the King of Pop.

In an interview to air tonight on Extra Debbie Rowe’s friend and confidant, Rebecca White, reveals details from e-mails from Rowe sent days after Michael’s tragic death.

From the start, Rowe made it clear that she did not want custody of the kids. In an email dated July 2, 2009, she writes:

“I’m not going after custody. These kids are not mine. They were never mine. They were always Michael’s. I was Michael’s best friend.”

But then, three days later on July 5, Rowe writes to White:

“My lawyer is telling me I have to take some responsibility about the welfare of the children. Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely. I don’t want to look like the woman who gave away her kids and just forgot about them. Would Michael want Joe to have them? I think it would be the last thing that he would ever have wanted.”

And one bit of information White shares would all-but confirm the report from this morning that Debbie had reached a settlement with the Jacksons.

White tells Extra: “In one text message [Debbie] had just said, ‘Just wait until the 14th. Everything will be done after the 14th’…There’s definitely going to be a secret deal. There’s definitely going to be a settlement that’s going to come out of this.”

Tune into Extra tonight to see the entire interview!

I hope the kids never see this stuff. Though the "Do I want the kids? Hell no." is messed up. I'm kinda glad that she doesn't want them now but just wants them away from Joe. Since she never wanted them all these years before.

Joe Jackson, probably. The rest of the family, I doubt it. Not off the kids, at any rate.

Joe Jackson and Debbie Rowe should be shipped off to some remote, deserted, uncharted South Pacific island and left there until they croak. :death:
Whoopi Goldberg said something interesting today on The View... she said Michael Jackson is the gift that keeps on giving.

This was one of her examples - Whoopi said that LaToya was paid a huge amount of money to give that interview to the British paper, in which she complained that people were using Michael to make money. Hypocrite much?

The brothers are charging a lot more money to sell their updated story/reality TV show, since Michael died. They are all making money, not just Joe, who was also paid to give that interview in which he said he expects to raise the children with Katherine.

I have watched this video of MJ in a concert singing Man in the mirror over and over. He has such a beautiful voice and soooo much talent....

Hi K! Aww, me too. I have this DVD and the whole concert is beautiful. I still can't believe that he's gone. How can it be. I'm still devastated. Everytime I see clips of MJ on youtube laughing or doing silly things, I end up losing it. He made so many people smile. There's a part in this concert at the end of "Will you be there" where this angel is lowered down and wraps her wings around MJ at the end of the song. It made me cry. His performances mesmerize me and his voice is so angelic when he sings slow songs.

I saw him on this tour .. but in Glasgow. I remember when he sang this, just bawling my eyes out - it was such an intense moment. I couldnt believe that Michael was just a matter of feet in front of me.

I can remember the security guard in front of me - he thought I was crying from being crushed & tried to pull me out - I went MAD  (I was right up against the barrier with thousands of people behind me pushing, but NO WAY was I moving out of there!)

I was suspicious of this doctor from the very beginning. I'm no detective or anything, but it's just common sense. Pieces of his story are just ridiculous. 1st red flag: Doc says he tried to perform CPR on MJ while he was on the bed. 1st rule in CPR- It only effective on a hard surface. Cardiologist defends himself by saying he supported MJ's back with one hand while administered CPR with the other. Umm, can we say botched CPR attempt. How in the world does one compress the chest with one hand. Sketchy. 2nd red flag: Doc waits 30 mins to call 911. After the call was made, it only took the ambulance a little over 3 mins to reach the house. HUGE red flag. I know this is speculation until the reports are in, but I suspect the doc was trying to cover his own a$$ by waiting to call 911. He was probably hoping that the Diprivan, it's looking like that's what stopped MJ's heart, would be eliminated from MJ's system. It has a very short half like and is eliminated from the body quickly. Call me cynical, but that's my theory.

If Diprivan caused the cardiac arrest, people need to pay. Doesn't matter if someone is hooked or not. Docs take a medical oath and it's their job to do what's ethical and keep their patient's best interests in mind. There are reports that MJ had an anesthesiologist on tour with him in the 90's. Well, this doc is not an anesthesiologist and he's most likely not trained to recognize the signs of trouble while one is under on Diprivan. I hoped that people would learn after Heath Ledger's death. What can I say? It's all about greed and money for some.
