^^Hahaha jacket is Gucci though so maybe they'll have him in mind

Ladies I'm glad you liked the pics. More of them are coming up ;)

I looked up Fassbender's IMDB page. His work is really interesting and versatile. I started from the back with Hex :graucho:, watched Devils W*ore, Angel and Jane Eyre. Looking forward to Fish Tank and Hunger. I'm not really fan of Tarantino but I'll watch Inglorious Bastards just for Fassbender. He is really good actor and most of the time it looks like he slips in the role. What I think it's even more important, is that Fassy has certain presence and commands attention. And not many actors have that - a lot of talent and charisma.

Fish Tank and Hunger are intense so you might want to have a drink (or something) before watching. Its good but it will drain you. I love Basterds

I always think actors should dabble in Indie films and smaller budget films before tackling mainstream movies. I love Michael's body of work. I love that he can handle big movies, but also appreciate small art films. That kind of attitude toward movie choices will take him far. I can't wait for his films to come out :)

I was walking through different parts of London today and it struck me how many people have ginger hair here. The diversity in color is also enormous. Since the start of the Fassbender Fest I never really paid much attention to the ginger community. Still think that most ginger men are fugly. I think Fassy's dark brown eyelashes and eye brows make all the difference. Not to mention his big blue eyes.

Personally I'm fascinated by ginger hair but I don't find men to be that attractive except for Damian Lewis, who was in Band of Brothers with Fassy :p And you're right about eyelashes and brows. Fassy doesn't look washed out. Most fair skinned and fair haired people have that problem.

Lynn Hirschberg's Screen Tests: Michael Fassbender

for W magazine. He has lovely photo spread with Mia Wasikowska

That red shoe and red tie combois hideous! It's pretty obvious that the costume department of Wedding Belleswas a tad bit smaller than the X-men one.

Michael looks gorgeous inthat grey tree-piece suit. I’ll bet it’s bespoke. Fits him perfectly. Let'shope he'll continue to steal some nice clothes from his shoots, because he hasno fashion sense at all. I wonder what he took from the Shame shoot, perhapshis peen sock. Already lookingforward to that charity auction.
:roflmfao:

Haha.

So true.

I actually like intense movies, I just have to be in right mood. :smile1: Specially now when there are lot of movies which basically insult intelligence it's refreshing to watch a movie without 3D, CGI or people belting out song in the middle of the scene.

I agree about Fassy's body of work. Though a lot of his characters died. I'm sure he perfected the art of dying. :p

I agree. The man has an excellent body of work. We all know how hard he had to work toachieve this success, so it's well deserved. What I like about his acting isthat it is powerful, but not overpowering. I’ve seen quite a bit of his oldwork and I never realised it was him. I only started to pay attention afterHunger.

He is a characteractor that is slowly becoming a film star. The fact that he still chooses to dosmall independent films says a lot about his integrity as an artist. :D

^Well said Artica! :tup

LOL!! That's the reason why these films did nothing at the domestic box office. Has any of you seen Another Year? That is the most depressing film I've seen in years. I was miserable for days after watching that film. I never ever want to see it again.

Couldn't agree more!

True! Rupert Grint is a good example of that. I'm sure the girls love him, but he's not my cup of tea and neither is Damian Lewis. He and Helen are great actors, though.

Here's a picture of a very ginger Fassy:

I don't really find Grint all that good looking :/ I know my friends would disagree :P Maybe he's better looking in person. I saw Daniel Radcliffe in a show and I was suprised by how attractive he actually is (and short :P)

^^^I find Damian to be charming but I like him only as an actor.

Speaking of depressing movies, Never Let Me Go is really intense. I needed a drink after that one. Afterwards I watched Inception, The Social Network and Black Swan and they were like a children movies compared to NLMG.

@Ejm Hot Harry looks way better than his brother. And it seems he's got more charm as well.

Maybe gingers get a bad rep cause of Children of the Corn

Prince Harry is hot (IMO :) )

I thought those kids were platinum blonde? Nope you're right. I guess I got confused by the black and white film.

Harry became hot after his brother's wedding. He's fun, wild, single and a prince...oh and his bod is not too shabby either. Nice!! :graucho:

It seems that you had a double dose of Andrew Garfield that day. Another actor with huge potential. That film is very depressing. I haven't read the book yet. Not sure if I want to. Too sad. What I never really understood was why they never tried to escape. Why did they stay when they knew their fate.

^Oh I didn't watch them all in one day. That would be too much, even for me. I watched Inception after NLMG and the rest in next couple of days. Everyone was so crazy about Inception, Black Swan and TSN but none of them left a lasting impression on me. I seriously thought something was wrong with me.

Back to Fassy. :D
