There is hardly a difference! It just seems more apparent because his hair is dyed blond in one pic and combed back in another pic. Not to mention that the pic is taken from a different angle.
That writer is probably bald and pathetic. Stop the hatin' Kojak!
BTW, I've read about 84 pages of the Shame script. Either this film will end up with an NC17 rating in the states or some of the content will be end up on the cutting room floor. There is no way we will see this much peen and sex on the silver screen. I have to admit that this frustrates me a little.I think I need to watch Hunger again and use that pause button strategically.
Michael and Carey are very brave for making this film. Can't wait to see it on DVD (uncut version).![]()
His dad said that he considers Michael more of an Irish actor than a German one. Probably cause he spent most of his life there. It does look like a very nice and loving family.
Yea, the MPAA is going to have a field day with this if McQueen wants any kind of distribution for this project. The whole subject centers around the sex, so I hope they are kind and don't butcher it to the point where there is no story.
I haven´t read the script yet , but I´ll.
NC 17 rating doesn´t sound good , it means less sold tickets I guess.
;(
I have nothing against nudity , esp. when it comes to a naked Fassy![]()
, but I really hope ALL sex and nudity will have a reason in the movie.
They want to make art , not porn I guess...
It´s not about the quantity of nude & sex scenes what makes the difference IMO , but how it´s done.
I know "everyone" involved is talented , but sometimes it doesn´t help...
It´s no big deal in Europe , but in the US too much sex & nudity can be risky...
Fassy plays a sex addict so all of it won't be for nothingAnd after seeing Hunger, I feel, McQueen won't put unecessary scenes in there. There's not a lot of dialogue in this film. It's all about the the actions and nuances of the actors (which in my opinion, much harder than delivering lines) I'm really excited for this film. It goes REALLY deep into the subject of sex addiction to the point where I would feel horrible for ANY person who had it.
Have you scene the documentary This Film Has Not Been Rated? It shows how movies are rated and its really eye opening (and made me mad as an actress and an a hopeful Film producer)
I just love this one.
