I've gotten lucky with a a bunch of resources. Bergdorfs, Need Supply, MG directly and W Concept. I also preordered from Creatures of Comfort and NAP via PS. It required obsessive stalking for sure. They were definitely hard to find last year – but this year the frenzy seems even crazier with a lot more people discovering this bag. I think I've got my collection in a good place though. I sold my royal/royal mini and would maybe like a large, but that seems like it's going to be a challenge though.

Current Collection includes:

LARGE BUCKET
Black/Flamma
Camello/Royal
Brandy/Brick (love it, but would have preferred Blu interior)
Flamma/Flamma Calf
Rosa/Rosa Calf

MINI BUCKET
Black/Graffite (adore this interior – wish I'd gotten a larger size)

LARGE TOTES
Cammello/Argento
Black/Oro

Too lazy to take pictures at the moment, but here is my list:

Mini bucket:

cammello/dolly
black/royal
black/marina
flamma/flamma

Large tote:
black/flamma
cammello/royal
brandy/avion

(pre ordered: regular size lady in sand)

Moved on:
small buckets-
cammello/orange
royal/royal
white/blue

I have discovered that the mini is not a great fit for me, and the large is my perfect size.
The large totes are my go-to work bags.

Yes! Mostly lucky. My first purchase was from Steven Alan, saw a post here that they were taking preorders, called my local store and got the large black royal bucket. When they called to confirm the order I asked what else they had and I decided to try the royal royal canvas mini. Then I got really lucky thanks to JSG who saw the pink saffiano tote on ebay and I got it for a great price. After that I kept checking ebay and won the black/argento tote. Mini Camello/Rosa from PS Department (thank you Kat) and finally the mini black/flamma saffiano from Barneys, just happened to do a random check of the site in the few hours they were in stock. I am trying not to add it all up in my head! I love changing my bag every day and I just love carrying these bags. I use the totes for when I have meetings and need to bring my iPad and notebooks or am out with the kids schlepping a lot of stuff. When it's just me I use my buckets, although they hold a lot too, especially the large size. For travel I use my MZ Wallace metro tote and a mini bucket (don't want to be too rough on my MG totes).

I would still like to try a small tote although I know many here did not like the size and the ladybag is just dreamy! :D

It's so interesting how you both prefer the large bucket size...I find myself using my mini's more or in combination with a tote. Was it easy to sell the bags you decided to give up?
