Oh no. Did you try contacting him on tPF? I remember he is a long-standing member.
Foxy also got removed but later they reactivated her account. My guess back then (which stands for Matt too) was that there is nobody else who might have a problem with their accounts other than Louis Vuitton itself. Foxy said numerous times that her spies told her that they hate her in the Paris HQ. Vuitton wants 100% control over the flow of information. But they are playing the hype-game, which makes people want to get the sweet insider info, which inevitably will find a way. I believe they let their people share prerelease and insider info with select high-end clients to make them feel special, but magically it always ends up at people like Foxy or Matt, and then shared with everyone on the internet. They don't like that.
I really love what they are doing (who doesn't like gossip, come on?), but legally it is a gray area, they are sharing insider info on the internet (in Foxy's case, even for money). It is now up to Meta to decide if they are just regular personal accounts or not.

Please be aware that there's been an ongoing situation at LV over the past week that I haven't fully grasped yet. All LV artists are currently restricted from posting the artwork they create on LV items. It's truly disheartening that LV is not permitting their artists to showcase their own work.

I am having similar issues with my Palm Springs MM. It was purchased in 2019; experiencing cracking of the canvas ut not around the zipper. I was wondering if you had any pictures of the damaged bag for reference. I am waiting for my LV store to get back to me.
