I can't really see the crooked part, what is it that bothers you? I think yours is actually better cut then mine! Have you already tried stuffing it? That made a huge difference to mine.

I am on the fence about returning it or trying to exchange. Keep us posted about your exchange! It would be best if I could go to a store to exchange and to also look at the gradation of the colors (I think mine is on the lighter/silver color), I think I may like it to be a touch darker. Not sure if the color matters to you or if you saw differences in color at the store when you picked yours up!Thank you for the pictures. I agree. My bottom looks like yours(that sounds funny LOL!)

The quality control is almost non existing but when it comes to limited editions they are, in my experience, a little bit better.

I was able to exchange my bag today at a different store. I also got to meet a new super nice CA, so I guess it was a good overall experience.
My bag is still not perfect, but I'm happy with it. I was carrying it immediately after I exchanged it because I was sooo excited!

@Sunshine mama congratulations on your purchase. I am really happy to hear you exchanged it. Don't settle for an imperfect bag that you paid thousands for. And even if you are not 100% satisfied with this one I would exchange it. I would go through many until I found one that meets your expectations. That's my OCD lol.
