Yeh those promotions are usually targeted and tied to your account these days so if you didn't get it posting the code won't work either.

Yeh they don't. I feel they've gone a bit the way of NAP as far as customer service too. I used them heaps but a couple of dodgy experiences with their customer service and that's me done.

It looks like they have different versions of the email but the discounts are the same. I wouldn’t be surprised if discounts are even better for higher tier clients. I used to get up to 30% off before they started the loyal program.

My code happened to be a reward for being part of their loyalty program. It was sent later and expires earlier, on Oct 13.

Anyway, I hope those of you hoping for code will get one soon.
