They were offering up to 33% off based on the amount of spending. I’ve already used my voucher code and managed to get two pairs of Gucci shoes at 30% off ($1505 total minus $450 discount)

I'd like to know too. I've never received a coupon code from them. I got a welcome email a month ago and an email every day since but no coupon codes or sale announcements.

They send codes to regular customers. I shop from them once or twice a year, which is not frequent, but i am a returning customer. I got the same code as the other poster, but my discount worked out to be 30% off, not 33%. I think that's based on the amount spent per year. They also do private sales for regular customers before announcing the sale to the general public.

If you make a purchase or two from them, I'm sure they'll send codes to you too. They have fantastic customer service and are my favourite online retailer!

I agree. I’ve purchased from them 4-5 times in the last half year. So I’m assuming it’s based on a spend per year basis.
