Ok, so you have already purchased but didn't have a code? Do you have one now? If you don't have one now I don't think they will do a price adjustment. If you have a code call them up and say the coupon wasn't working?
If no code, is it worth buying it from their App and use the code APP10 and either cancelling or returning the other order?

Thanks for clarifying. I have no luck then because I did not get a code and I even tried using their App yesterday and it's preventing me from using the code (tried to purchase a Gucci Disco). After my initial purchase on Monday, I was offered 10% for a referral and I e-mailed to myself (I have another e-mail) and tried getting the code but I received an error message:
"Unfortunately there has been an issue processing your offer. We are working hard to address this and will email you as soon as possible with more information. For further assistance, please contact our customer care team via [email protected]. "
Anyhow, my purchase should be coming in today. Just glad to get it before the Gucci price increase at this point.

Ok, glad you got your bag. I have referred 2 people this week and am still waiting for codes. . I am returning one of my Disco bags because it's faulty, so I will address that once my bag gets sorted. One problem at a time lol . Enjoy your purchase and check it thoroughly
 
My Marmont Small light pink bag came better than expected. Wrapped in their Matches box rather than a Gucci box but that's ok. It still had all the protective wrapping around the chains which is appreciated. I bought a mini in the same color two weeks ago at Neiman Marcus but it was already dirty from being on displayed. Plus I liked how the small is slightly bigger than the mini. Thank you for the code! With VAT and shipping, I paid less for the untouched Small Marmont compared to the smaller mini that's been well tried on with taxes included.

I called Matches directly about the APP10 promo - they said it didn't apply to certain brands like Balenciaga or Gucci! :(
