Wow, that's bizarre! Could there have been another customer with the same name who was ordering/buying in a suspicious manner and they wanted to differentiate the two accounts?

A while ago I had issues with getting them to respond to email enquiries when they used to be so good. But never any issues with orders. I have found lately that their prices are a bit higher than other stores when they used to be lower so haven't been buying from them much these days.

On a separate note, I agree that their prices have been quite high recently. Have not been able to pull the trigger on any items even with the 10% code...

I agree. I just got the email for this code and can't decide whether to wait for a sale or use the 10% now….

I too have noticed that their prices went up........waiting for a better promo code to pull the trigger.. It seems like right before Thanksgiving last year they had a 30% off code........

It's 30% off selected merchandise. In your email there's a link that will take you to all the items that qualifies for the 30% off. You can still shop without the email, but you might just need to add whatever you want to the cart, then see which items qualify. Not sure where you are based but this particular code is only for orders shipped to the United States.
