That's weird, I've never been able to stack them for some reason! I did read that sometimes you can email them and ask to have them refund the $20 if the order was over $300 but I haven't tried doing that before. Might see whats still on my wishlist :)

I was told by a CS rep in the past that you cannot stack a sale code and free shipping together. I had forgotten to put USAFREE on my order and had called to request an adjustment.
