yeh matches has heaps of brand exclusion now. Balenciaga just made it to their list, I shouldn’t be surprised but just sad that good days are no longer

I was sent a code for 25% off as a gift because I hadn't placed an order in a while, and 95% of the stuff I tried it on didn't work. I wanted to buy some clothes from AMI and Self Portrait, not designer bags, and the code didn't work. I contacted their customer service to ask about exclusions and they said they can't send me the list because it changes all the time, and to just keep trying on various items to see if it worked. It was such a huge waste of time.

ah yes, that’s their reply when I asked them last time as well. Changes all the time, can’t provide a list.

Well, I think Brands like Versace, APC, veja, etc are discount eligible so if you’re interested you could consider. AMI is pretty popular and stock runs out all the time so I guess not too surprised it made it to their exclusion list. ☹️ I hope you find something good with the gift code you got!
