you know ghost i've been having trouble with my biscuits & cookies doing that (the center not being as done) and i always used my pc stone pan...i wonder if you try a batch on a metal pan if that'll help...

Ok girls, my husband has a man cold!!! ugh! he is such a freaking weenie! I have had snot involunterally pouring out of my nose for 2 days and he didn't even notice and now that he has it..oh lordie! thank god he is at work today!

yeah i know...and i've had mine for a while...at least a year or more and its just started doing it...but my mil has one and her's works fine still...i dunno...i just tested it out one evening and used a metal one instead and it worked fine...not really sure if it's the stone or not but worth a try i guess since your bars were kinda doing the same thing my cookies & biscuits were doing..
