Our stupid governer...needs to QUIT! Yes....I am in that lovely state. (HATE the governer and have hated him for years). He has robbed the teachers of millions of the low paying retirement pension and continues to get away with it...I saw him in person and DH would NOT allow me to speak with him..I was furious. He only had 1 bodyguard at the time and this was about 2 years ago. I so wanetd to have words with him.

I am running out 1x today to the PO. Some of my shoes should be here! Woot Woot!

I just bought DH a Ipod Touch. Anyone familiar with it? I am not the digital kind...

the weather has been really crappy for many people across the u.s. lately, hasn't it?

i don't have the ipod touch, but i do have the iphone. it's easy to use. your husband will love it!

so what's the big surprise? what should i be guessing? cause i have no clue.

Spacy~ Glad to hear it for you all! Safe is better than anything. The road that I travel is very bad whent he storms hit. It is always covered in ice and it was last week as well.

I am having a good cup of Joe and the kiddos are off and i have the whole house to myself!! I need it...

I have some beautiful Tory Burch Gold sandals coming in and I also ordered 3 pairs of Nude high heels (need to try all 3 on to see which ones I want).

I also may do some cyber shopping today as I need some fabulous Button down shirts for work and Gap has a $20 coupon today.

What is on the docket for everyone else?

today has had great beginnings! i found out i got a 3.5% raise at work. not that i'll really see it since i'm going to just increase my 401K contribution, but still - i'll see it later! :yes:

i have an appointment to meet with a trainer tomorrow at 6pm and have my gym clothes ready to work out after work today!

now i just need my grade from my final. :cursing:

ashley - i am a so cool leather convert. I really am. mine got really wet with rain last week and i wiped it down as soon as i got to work...not one water spot or mark on it now!

Dawn congrats on the raise! That is wonderful and YES you will see it later and you will need it more later than now.

It sounds like you are on track with working out (just ate a dove chocolate..ouch!)

Dawn, I actually really like the So Cool in the darker colors, especially plum. So pretty! Congrats on the raise! Hopefully this will be a day of good news for ya!

I think I'm making it my goal today to still be in my jammies at 2:00. Wish me luck! (I have such high standards for myself.) I'm gonna watch Dexter DVDs and wrap gifts for my boys. Nothing puts you in the Christmas spirit like a lovable serial killer!
