Its a little difficult to figure out at first, but when I did it for the first time I had the hang of it by the time I got to the second nostril. I also thought it would sting but it feels really, really nice, especially if you all congested. Everyone is so freaked out by it :shrugs:, I don't understand why? But then again I'm not squeamish at all when it comes to the body.

i can't put liquids in my nose. every time i've had water up there, it's been a painful experience.

guys, that red zc is reeling me in. after the hearts tote, chanel flap, and mystery bag, my year is starting out with little money for anything else. this was supposed to be the year of shoes!

Hey mm, just got back from dinner (i know, it's super late). Nothing too exciting.

Tad, I love that red zc (the one that Joke posted, right)...get it :graucho:. You can always replenish the bag fund later!
