So, so true! I don't think I can pick up another obsession. I will go totally broke if I do (though a can of this is definitely a lot less than a new bag )

what they miss out in ingredients, they make up for in quantity.....like watering down your ben & jerrys icecream...

YUM. What kind of dishes? Mexican is my favorite because as long as they drown it in cheese you don't even care what you're eating half the time.

Anything and everything you can think of. My favorites are pretty basic - tacos, enchiladas, gorditas, etc.

She makes the best guacamole. She doesn't write recipes so everything is just a little bit of this, a little bit of that. But somehow, every time she cooks, they taste just as good! I've copied her guac somewhat so I think I'm on the right track.
