I think vert rousseau is more like...a very, very dark green nearing with a hint of blue, whereas malachite is more like an emerald with a hint of blue. Malachite is a lot brighter. Both are pretty difficult colors to capture in pictures 😅

Thanks, Malachite is the perfect shade of green for me. I wish they'd bring it back.

I saw s.o. post in a thread they wish H would bring back malachite.
It is such a beautiful color in rl. I'm so happy with my preloved Jypsiere, which was the reason, I asked about the color.

I saw a Vert Rousseau Birkin 25 with blue contrast stitching. Ever so subtle but really brings out both green and blue in the leather color. I think the stitching is the color bleu saphir? Has anyone ever seen this combination?

I sold my GM evelyne, however I'll say this. The bag I bought at the flagship store had a two tone strap. The strap was a green and blue strap. The closest I could say was the blue was one that would work on a blue jean bag.
