magenta and amethyst pink: What's the difference?

yup, looks like a PaleMagenta08 to me...

The question has already been posed in another thread but I have'nt seen the answer yet. Does anyone know what my Day bag is? I thought it was Amethyst but could it be Pale Magenta?

Hey guys, sorry a similar question has probably been asked loads of times, but if you had the choice between 08 GSH Amethyst PT or LE 07 Magenta RH (both in great condition) which would you pick? Bearing in mind i love both styles so i'm not bothered about size, more the colour...aaaah i don't know anymore! Help!

of course,my dear!!my bag should arrive next monday and i will post pictures of amethyst near my magenta 08 so you can compare colours...'ive never seen amethyst IRL i am sooo curious

I can't tell from the color, but the leather texture looks like spring 2008.

^^I agree that it looks like pale magenta 08. It definitely is not 05 magenta.

2005 Magenta is SO EYE blinding! Very very BRIGHT and pretty. You would know one if you saw one.
