Since you bought it in Bloomingdales I'm sure it prob isn' a requirement for the tag to be included

If made in the USA you will not have a stamp like the made in France. US requires a tag which you will find inside the bag. Also SD in the beginning of the date code specifies made in the US or France so looking for the leather or cloth tag inside will be US. I attached a guide to help you

I recently purchased the Felicie Pochette (from the LV website) and the date code indicates that it was made in Texas. But there is no tag inside of the bag that says “made in USA of imported materials”. Is it supposed to have this tag on all bags made in the US?

Hi, I was researching about the missing made in usa tags as well. I ordered a neoneo in the LV website and it arrived jan 8, it was made in TX, accdg to the date code, but no made in usa with imported materials tag, it did come with a small card tag instead.

Hii, you’re talking about the small removable card that was inside the bag right?
Other people have told me that if it came from the website it should be fine, and I asked LV as well and they said not all they’re USA products will have that tag inside. And I guess the fact that both of ours are new and came from Texas and don’t have that tag attached to it says something

I just bought a Speedy B 25 in mono from the LV store in McLean, VA. It is made in the USA with a date code of SD0221. The store just got it in on Feb 10, 2021. It does not have the Made in USA of imported materials & components tag like my 2018 Speedy B 30 Ebene but does have the small card with the same language. I was about to return it but it seems from the posts here that LV is starting the practice of including the card in lieu of the tag this year. I checked my cards from other products with the cloth made in USA tag and they don’t have the card.

I also bought my speedy b25 in mono date SD0251 and I could not find the cloth tag Made in USA of imported materials..im waiting for a reply from my SA for an update on this...I called the client service and was told that "not necessarily all made in usa have the tag and also to prevent counterfeit" but I was thinking wouldn't make it more easier for counterfeiters..I mean it could be one thing if counterfeiters does not know about this update, that I understand..but sooner or later they'll know..
Anyhow I feel so much better that I'm not the only one looking for the tag. I was literally gonna drive myself to the store and return the bag but I love this bag so much as I have the other prints..

Bags or SLG made in the US never have stamp of where it was made. Only old models will have it stamp.
But most should have tags. But sometime the SA may remove it from purchase. Even online purchase may not contain the tag.

Does anyone know when this started?
