Updates: I took the Keepall MM 45 to LV boutique in MBS, and it seems is a known issue so he offered to waive the replacement of handles at no cost..

The only thing he pointed was to expect the repair to take a couple of weeks or more as SG is the main hub for SEA repairs so it depends on the que.

That was a great experience and will definitely invest in more LV Keepalls.
