Hey Mew, It is actually L'oreal majirel red at the roots then framesi 660 pink with a Japanese line called Perfect color in hot pink over it so it glows in blacklight. Thanks, I forget how fun it is.mewlicious said:

Oooo I love the shade. Where did you get Perfect? How is it holding up to wash? I'm always looking for a new pink hair color to try.

I have only been able to get it at Sally's in Japan. But I heard from my hairdresser in London, that L'oreal may have picked it up. It fades after a month. The Framesi pink is in the US beauty supplies and really stays too.
