Some credit card company only allow 30 or 60 days window to file a dispute. Its won't hurt to call yours. I would say to call LV CS demand to speak to a supervisor or manager, you should escalate to either get your money refund or get your items. You did a lot of phone call on your part, and now they need to do theirs part.

Thats crazy that they didn’t resolve this already since it’s been over 6 weeks. Seems like they either lost it somewhere in the store or maybe they sold it to another customer? Either way, they don’t have any prove that you picked up the item so they are required to either send another to you or give you a refund. You can also call the corporate while at the store so you have the manager on the phone with you.

So sorry this is happening to you. I agree with everyone’s opinion regarding the cc dispute. I really do not understand why it was your responsibility in the first place to call so many times and try to fix the situation. They should have given you credit and then figure out themselves what they did with the merchandise. It was clearly never delivery to you. Good luck.

It's still unresolved.
I am waiting for update from my credit card issuer (I suppose they will correspond with LV as well to investigate).

I definitely won't be calling LV myself. Just don't see the point........
