LV wallet or Gucci Wallet?

Hi Ladies!!

In a bit of dilemma - please send opinions!
I'm buying a wallet for my mom but i can't decide !! What do you guys think of the quality between LV and Gucci? These are both coated canvas so i was wondering if theyre both equally durable and lasting? My only concern is that the Gucci canvas will dirty easily as compared to the LV? & In terms of design though i think the Gucci bengal is breathtaking but LV usually reigns supreme as a classic so i rly dk which to pick

i know right?! i feel like louis vuitton is the face of luxury and it'd be a default choice of gift to pamper moms hahaha but idk... if you're a mom which would u like to receive?

If I had to pick, it would be LV wallet... if I had no other wallet. If i already had a LV wallet, I would pick the gucci wallet.

As a mom-still LV wallet, unless the mom already had LV wallet.

I like the uniqueness of the Gucci... it’s beautiful.

I have a coated canvas 6 key from them in a lighter color than what your picture shows & it’s held up very well. Really shows no wear on the outside at all. It’s at least a couple of years old... maybe 3.

Depends on what she has and what she likes. I have both lv and Gucci wallets. Both durable. Not everyone loves the bengal. It’s really a personal preference. Has your mom made any suggestions as to what she likes? What designers does she have now?

I voted for the Louis Vuitton wallet.

Both are nice. The Gucci is a trendy style (with the Bengal on it). The Louis Vuitton one is a classic design.

Does she prefer trendy or classic prints?

I prefer a classic, elegant piece over a loud, cartoonish piece. So my vote goes to the DE wallet.

Daily use definitely LV. The printing on Gucci might chip with regular use and while I enjoy a bit of animation this particular one feels a a tad too much (just imo).
