LV vanity vs LV capucines

Hi ladies! Hoping you can help me decide on my next bag purchase. I’m torn between the LV capucines or the LV vanity (in empreinte leather). I’m a sahm, so I dress ultra casual (but I’m bag obsessed so need to have a cute bag on lol). Anyone have both and can tell me which you use more and why? Thanks so much!

I prefer the capucines. (I don’t have either bag). The vanity is more trendy although probably a tad more casual.

I have the vanity and rarely use it. I love the design but not great with function.....I would pick then capucines....it depends on how you will use the vanity ...

I have Capucines BB in Noir and I really enjoy the bag. I am a very casual dresser (basically live in jeans) and I find it goes well with anything and everything. I usually wear it as a crossbody or a shoulder bag - it has easy access when needed yet still secure enough and fits everything I carry on a daily basis.

I have the Capucines which is an extremely elegant bag. I must be able to access the inside easily so the double zipper on the Vanity is a no-go for me.

I have 3 vanity pm and 6 Capucines ( 1 PM, 2 BB and 3 Mini )
Like the other members mentioned, Capucines is without zipper, so we can access to things easily. For vanity pm, you would have to practice open close the zipper and have to apply wax to make zipper smoother.
Vanity looks more casual and you can have your things securely kept in the bag, it is also a lighter bag. Capucines is more elegant, but I would recommend to get the size BB if you do not carry too many things daily , pm is heavy, Mini is very small.
I guess you have to follow your heart to decide which bag to get first.

I have both and if I could only have 1 it would definitely be the capucines (I have 2). It’s elegant but I have no problem wearing it with jeans/ casually. The vanity is cute but I really don’t use it often. It’s really a collector’s piece to me rather than an every day bag.

I like the capucines better! I am an empty nester SAHM as of 2020, so I'm "mature". If I were on the elementary stage of SAHM, I'd maybe go with fun and trendy.

I like the capucines better for what you are describing. And I suspect it may carry more. The vanity will need both hands to open (one hand to hold the other hand to unzip).
