I really wish the just made the puffer out of calf’s skin. I used mine literally one day only and it was completely ruined just from rubbing against my clothes being shoulder carried. Glad your neo noe is back!
I'm a YSL girl through and through, and I love my Loulou (I have the small and the medium!). But the LV Noenoe is one of the very few LVs I like lol. Depends on your intended use - I think the LV would be more casual and would be more of a "daily carry" bag. 
They briefly made a few in calfskin a couple of years ago. There should be a thread in that forum. That's crazy your puffer was ruined that quickly. Shame because that lambskin is so comfortable to wear.
I bought mine in 2020. My issues were at the bottom and on the side. I didn't have the cracking along the top.
Do you think they fixed all the issues for 2023? I’m hoping they did because it’s such a beautiful bag! I hope yours got fixed or you got a new one!
Its fixed. I haven't been able to pick it up so I had them send it. We shall soon see.
I love using my Neonoe LV bucket in brown/monogram. personally it is spacious. used it with the bag organiser fits well.. just avoid making it too heavy .. kinda make my shoulder aches a little (or maybe just me. lol) I must say it's a great everyday bag too!
I only wear my small Loulou classic occasionally but i realized it is prone to scratches esp it comes from my own nails when i need to be fast to get my stuff out .. or unfortunate abrasion from any sharp corners. Space wise small Loulou is generally ok. fits all my essentials. The straps can go bodycross or just hung it over one shoulder Still, both have its beauty & unique vibes.

Lately I'm a big YSL fan, perhaps because Chanel has gone crazy on its pricing.
The aesthetics of YSL appeal to me more right now, I think the LouLou is a very beautiful bag, but it's SO different from the NeoNoe. So it's hard to compare the too.
Have you tried them in stores? Maybe one will jump out more to you!

I owned one Vintage Chanel small flap in lambskin haha. It was a pre loved and i remembered that i got the leather strap re fixed cos it was all dried n flaky .. and color touch up in the inner side. Little signs of wear n tear but it is still pretty to use haha. I truly appreciate the vintage vibes it carries. true indeed Chanel has gone absolute crazy with its pricing haha. Btw i love Chanel WOC too. I dont have it for now haha.

3. Lou camera bag in Quilted Leather (Crema Soft)

5. LouLou small in Quilted leather (Black)
Toggle all of them often for work, casual outings, dinner, party etc .. personal fav WOC (black), camera bag in army green.
surprisingly i think i stuff more things inside my YSL camera bag than the LouLou small bag. carries everthing i need. There was a little issue when i purchased the Lou camera bag in Army green. somehow when i first use it, after adjusting the length had difficulty inserting the end of the strap into the leather ring loop.. the loop sewn seemed too tight. Brought it back to the boutique and had it fixed.
I love YSL, but my collection is small and I am not looking to add any more in the meantime. In November, I bought the clutch in Dark Beige and Black. I adore the caviar leather (they call it something else) and it's literally indestructible.
I also have the WOC in Black. I have the Mini Lou in Dark Smog (it's an older color). I don't know why I don't own bigger pieces in YSL. But of the little ones I have, I enjoy them all~ casually. And not worrying about wear and tear. I must say, it's the YSL chain and how durable and beautiful they are that attracts me, it's fancy, but not super pricey.
The clutches are nice for dinners and parties. Meanwhile WOC and Mini Lou are great for running errands.
Sorry, I still haven't answered your question about whether to get a NeoNoe. I like the Nano Noe, it's so adorable, but the regular Noe is so squarish, that it bumps into things when you wear it. So I stay away from that particular design.
PS: for a functional, bigger bag, I swear by my Odeon MM and Pochette Metis. The Odeon MM with monogram/ black leather combo is my go to in the winter!
Hi everyone I wanted to report back I got the small loulou black with gold hardware and I love it I used it already probably 20 times. I wear it casually too even in Home Depot once😂

I like the neonoe in the monogram black. But I love the small loulou in the grey beige. However, I am weird and would go with the simpler classier style, so the neonoe. I know people say they can dress up to loulou but to me it looks like a casual bag and seems really out there. Although in this case both are casual.
