I'm not a YSL fan at all, but I especially love the LV NeoNoé. You can't go wrong with this gorgeous bag. It's pretty versatile in my opinion.
Probably totally biased here in the LV forum… I love the Neo Noe, too, have the initial black one in monogram. Love it! So easy to use and cute. Don‘t like the YSL Loulou trapezoid shape, so probably no help here…
I once was interested in the LouLou and looked at a few in store. To me the chain seemed pretty light and cheap. Sorry…. 
Not a fan at all. Also the corner wear is a turn off (look at used ones on resell sides)
The NeoNoe on the other hand is a bag I am also considering to repurchase. It is such an easy bag. I had the black/monogram and would consider pink/monogram now. (Sadly, I have a lot of bags that I let go of and regret it now. I am slowly repurchasing those that I miss)

I have both and love both. The Neo Noe is a great everyday bag. My only concern is the reports of the top glazing problems. I only wear my LouLou occasionally. Mostly, during special occasions but it looks great with casual wear too. Honestly, they have totally different vibes so it depends on the look that you’re going for… 
I am not a fan of YSL. I have experienced bad quality from their card holder and nobody can help me with aftersale service. I will never spend my money on the bag, even I like Nicky style so much. I know LV and YSL both have quality problem, but at least I know LV aftersale service is good based on my experience.

I know this old. What did you decide?
I have both bags. I love them both for different reasons. The LouLou has had no issues and I wear it more now than when I first got it in 2019. I used to think it was too formal but has proven to be great for casual wear as well.
The Neo Noe is really casual and its super cute. I even bought a monogram strap and a small hand strap to use with it. My only issue is that is beginning to peel at the bottom and is in repair right now. I haven't had the issues at the top and hopefully won't.
I have to agree that they are totally different vibes but are equally nice. For an everyday bag I would go with the Neo Noe.
I went with the small loulou and it’s honestly amazing. I had the small loulou puffer and loved it but wore it once and it had like 3 places where the leather wore away completely. They let me do an exchange and I went with the small classic loulou. I’ve worn it 3 times already and no issues it’s great. Every time I went into LV to see the neonoe the associate would tell me not to buy it due to problems. They said they have been sending them out for repair a ton and the turn around time is almost a year. I’ve been looking into a graceful now because I still like the bucket bag look and I think that is the next closest thing.
Oh thanks for the reply. Shame the leather wore off on your puffer. Those are lambskin and I have been using mine and I think a got a tiny bald spot as well. I have not been careful with the bag at all. My Neo Noe is ready for pick up and hopefully there won't be anymore issues. I really love that bag.
