Do you think guys it's still worth buying the Neverfull with the price 1800 CAD for Neverfull Mono GM? I remember back in 2009 when I bought my speedy, the Neverfull was cheaper. Now the price boost up a lot. Going back, I wish I bought the Neverfull first because the price of the speedy is still relatively close to it's price before unlike the Neverfull. What are your thoughts?
I purchase a lot of my bags resale...very gently used or new. There is no reason in my opinion to pay markups on trend items...I also dislike paying tax if it can be avoided. They started to include the little useless (imo) pochette in 2014 to justify the price upswings. You can buy newish neverfulls without the pochette for discounts online as the resellers offer them separately to make profits. I would rather pay $1200 for a GM without the pochette. That's just my opinion.

I am new to LV and have been looking at the Neverfull online to compare sizes. I have lots of Mulberries and use the Bayswater as my daily work bag. I think the PM in Azur would be a good summer work bag for me. I only carry my purse, glasses, makeup and my lunch in my bag.
Would the PM be Ok? Does it fit over the shoulder ok with a light jacket?

Hello.
Do not own neverfull.
Here is my iena mm, next to oxblood nvt bayswater.
iena & bays.jpg
Lv gives details:
iena mm=
  • 16.5 x 19.2 x 6.6 inches
Neverfull mm=
  • 12.5 x 11.5 x 6.5 inches
Here is a video found on youtube.
Compares neverfull pm & mm sizes.

WARNING: she drones on & on, not modeling either bag on self.
May need to skip long parts & find useful information. Is some.

In general, I find lv's pm sizes bit useless.
But then, I'm not normal.

Hope helps. Am no lv expert, sorry.

Ok. I have both the NF MM & PM. I love the PM so much for the little items I carry; however the straps are small and will not go on your shoulder with a light jacket. It will slide down your arm. It’s great to carry by the handle. I myself like bags that go on the shoulder so I used my Alma bb strap and attached it to my NF PM as a shoulder bag. The MM has a lot more room and has more strap space to wear with a light jacket. Hope this helps.

Here’s my bag with a shoulder strap attached.

There are different bags you can buy; however in my opinion the neverfull is an oldie but goodie.

I’ve owned both sizes. Found the MM to be too big and the straps uncomfortable on my shoulder. Love the look of the MM on other people, but felt like it was wearing me. For me the PM is perfect. It holds more than you might think. It doesn’t fit over the shoulder if you’re wearing a light jacket, but it’s still such an easy to carry bag.

I asked LV whilst online with the chat feature and they said the drop is the same of both bags, the handle length end to end is 45cm with a drop of 22.5cm.
They don’t post to my location but I am visiting London in a couple of months so will take a look then.

This is untrue. I have both bags and the strap on the MM has more room than that of the PM.
The MM has a full 2” more.

The Neverfull PM is a very nice size bag if you only carry the essentials. I love it. But, it barely can be carried on the shoulder. Barely. It takes some adjustment. And, definitely not with a coat. Any pics you see where it looks like it can be are obviously on petite people or mannequins and, IMO, are misleading to the average size person.

A little surprised to hear the PM can't always be carried easily on the shoulder :-/ I'm only 5'1" so am curious if this is true.. I've always eyeballed the NF PM but if it can't even be carried with a jacket... Maybe MM. But I like smaller totes
