LV Neverfull and accessories vs Classic Jumbo Flap

I have enough money for the neverfull and some SLGs or the Jumbo Flap. I can't decide because if I spend this money I want to be able to use it a lot, even every day.

The Jumbo is my holy grail bag but since I don't have a ton of money I'm not sure it's the best option. I'm not a fashionista except when it comes to bags and I'm afraid the Chanel would look silly on me. This is a hard decision, I need to win the lottery :)

I love the LV as well and know it will be useful especially commuting to work and with my kids.

Advice would be welcomed.

A few questions to help you decide.

Have you tried them both on in person? Which one sings to you more, and feels more at home on your arm?

Think of what you've worn, and where you've gone, in the past 2 weeks. If you had both bags, which would you have reached for on any given day?

If you bought the jumbo, would you eventually want the NF, and vice versa?

Picture buying the jumbo. Do you regret not getting the NF?

Now do the same with the NF.

As for me, I would probably go for NF, but skip on the SLGs, saving up for whatever else I wanted in the future. The jumbo is gorgeous, but I think I would enjoy having it more than actually using it.

Both are lovely bags but they are very different.
Go to the boutiques and try them on if you can.
You cannot make a mistake, the Chanel is expensive, if you buy it you have to make sure you will use it.
The NF is a lot cheaper but, as someone said above, you have to make sure you won't regret the Chanel.
Tough choice, keep us posted!:smile:

I have had both. I vote the neverfull with the assesories. As mom it gets a lot of use and lv assesories are the best. Ironically the jumbo is not my favorite bag. Instead of the jumbo have you thought of the reissue.

I have thought about the reissue but I don't like the leather on that one. I have also been looking at the GST.
