Do you know if the outdoor pouch can be converted into a belt bag? The 2 straps at the back look like it

Can confirm it definitely has the ability to be turned into a bumbag. Don't count on using the strap it comes with for much though- I think it's made for smurfs...super awkward short length. But who cares, since it's fuchsia
