I’ve got problems with the website too. First I couldn’t get into my account, now I can’t open product pages. Very strange...Hi guys
Anyone else having problems adding items to their wishlist? The key pouch in DA I'm stalking deleted itself from my wishlist and every time I try to add it back it keeps saying 'this item is already in your wishlist' but it's not
By the way, just ordered the Empreinte key pouch in Noir. So excited

Aww congrats! I love mine but have been having a nightmare with it. The first one i received the stitching was crap, leather felt dry, the glazing was uneven throughout so i exchanged it. New one was perfect, except after 12 days the glazing started to peel on the corner!! I used it twice. Called CS who said I could send it back and the warehouse in France will decide what to do with it (repair or exchange for a new one) or I can wait for stores to open in London which I will do as I want to see someone in person about it and hopefully choose one myself.I’ve got problems with the website too. Aniway, my SA texted me this morning and said that online restocks, especially bags will not be spectacular as the previous (quarantaine) months because stores are starting to open

But it’s so bad to hear that you had such problems with yours. I watched many reviews on YouTube, only one had problems with the glazing or the leather and the others were fine. So I thought I’d give it a try.I hope so much that mine will be perfect. Do you think, you’ll get any problems returning it in the store? I’ve heard many story’s about SAs refusing to take it back because those issues are considered as „normal wear and tear“, even tough the item was purchased just a few weeks ago

I hope I don’t have any problems, it was literally 12 days after receiving it did I get the peeling coming off so it’s clearly a fault with the item. The lady at CS was really nice about it and she made notes on the order number that I called and I also sent pictures so all the evidence is there. If they refuse in store I will do it online and ship it back to France. I know LV can be a bit difficult but in this instance it would almost be ridiculous if they didn’t offer an exchange or free repair!

CS where super great when I had problems with my victorine wallet. She made notes on the account from my pictures and I managed to order a new one I was happy with. I'd return online rather than in store as the longer you leave it it could be more problematic in terms of a refund/exchange. Personally, I wouldn't ask or accept a repair on a new piece.

I haven't been posting much in the stalking thread lately because it just makes me annoyed. I feel kinda bad since I want to help people get items, but I have a feeling that there's a lot of people silently checking the thread without contributing anything, trying to get HTF items through OUR joint stalking. Fittingly, in Swedish there's a saying "att glida in på en räkmacka" ("to slide in on a shrimp sandwich") and it's used e.g. when someone reaps benefits without putting in any work. I think that's the case here. I love stalking for and with you guys, not for strangers who solely want to make money out of it. A thread with only "this item is ATB" is basically a reseller's wet dream - having other posts inbetween makes it an inconvenience for resellers and keeps us happy since we love discussing our acquisitions and hard work, but that's apparently not how the moderators (or the creator of the forum) sees it.
Anyways, I'm gonna keep up with this thread and let the stalking thread go for now
Exactly my thought girls. One of the reasons i stopped a few weeks ago. I just got annoyed. We used to be a small group who stalked together, had a nice little chat everyday and now there are so many "new girls" who i feel take advantage of our "skills" without contributing anything and being annoyed when something is off topic, girls who's name i never seen before. And suddenly there where sooo many new girls asking the same questions everyday without even helping the rest. Everyday i had 10 pages to read in a few hours if i was not paying attention. The fact that we even had to create this other thread because of the "new girls" i think is ridiculous. Im not stalking for others anymore im just done with it if it goes like this and all your posts being deleted. Ill only check this thread from now

I do understand that too much chatting about other topics can be annoying for those who are there only to get information. But that’s why we started this thread. However, reporting others is going too far in my opinion...

I want to know how strict they are as there are a few items I’m after (TP26, an escale pastel piece, mono mini PA and PA) and I’m wondering if I need to be strategic on what I purchase/ stalk first.
I’m quite new to TPF and have really appreciated all the help I’ve had so far!!
