I don't own any empreinte pieces, so not sure I should even comment. You're sure it's the actual glazing though? I have a canvas 6 key holder and it's edges from time to time develop this tiny skin-like peeling bits (I don't even know how to describe it, lol). They come off easily if rubbed gently with tissue or cloth. Mine seem to be like a glue residue or something :whut: but then again mine's not leather...

Are you sure its not just excess glue that can be rubbed off? I know this is your second one so very disappointing!

Hi Ladies

Defo not glue, I thought it was too as my mini pochette and pochette accessories had bits of glue i was able to rub off and it for flaked off without any issues. This is totally different- the more I pick it the bigger it gets and if I peel it, it starts peeling the black glazing off so I have stopped touching it for the time being. :(

Sorry to hear that. I guess you're returning once again?

Maybe send pics to CS and let them know the situation, so if at least if you order another one, they don't cancel on you. This is what I did with my Victorine wallet. I bought 3 before I was finally satisfied and CS were great!

Oh no..such a shame, so sorry. They'll have to do something about it, you only had it for short time! :sad:

Yes just super annoying since I ordered it before the price increase so I don’t want to order another. I work near an lv store so I’m hoping that when they open I can get a new replacement or they’ll fix it for free :sad:

I’ve also sent an email to cs so hopefully i’ll hear back tomorrow. Bloody hell, 12 days I’ve had it and I’ve been gentle with it when I have used it *sigh* the quality is truly worrying
