Is it shiny smooth. I was curious beacuse the silver button on my Victorine is not.
I've hard a few people say on the Escale thread say the button on the Zoe and Victorine is not polished. See pics.

Oh, I see. My button is the same, has tiny pitting/dimples in metal. I can't seem to be able to get a clear nice pic. I'm fine with that.

Do you mean the slightly scrunched corner? I would pack it with tissue and go over with a hair dryer to warm up the canvas. Once the canvas more pliable you should be able to even it out and when the canvas cools down it should stay in shape. The buckle looks fine to me.

Oh, btw, when looking at my victorine I spotted some brown staining on the yellow flower and circle. I took my daughters fine tip alcohol based marker (Copic sketch brand marker) and went over it gently. Cleaned the area with water soaked cotton bud in between marker applications to prevent alcohol soaking in too deep. And the stains now gone! Can't even tell they were there in the first place. Wish I took before and after pics, feeling so proud of myself

CooI! I wasn't planning on returning anyway. This is my second Victorine with button more centrally placed, so I'm happy!
Been waiting all day for my PA delivery and just seen the update that its now delayed due to emergency situation/severe weather. Such BS honestly! I really don't like UPS, this is the second time its happened. I don't know why they're not realistic with their delivery times! Of course I understand perhaps with the current situation they're busier but they need to sort out the accuracy and stop making us wait all day for our deliveries only for them not to be delivered. LV need to consider using another courier, this is just one of many issues with UPS.

I’m sorry this happened to you and especially if it’s not the first time.
I have to say though that I have nothing bad to say about the UPS. The delivery guy knows me already, he brings me deliveries every other week or so and always in time. Before covid deliveries became always a day before the scheduled delivery date, nowadays usually just at the right day. It’s definitely the best shipping company based on my experiences. Maybe it varies from country to country? I’ve read a lot of complaints about the UPS, so you’re definitely not alone.

The dreaded metis issues. It’s such a lovely bag, but is beset with problems. I hope you get a better one without too much stalking!
I gave up after the first one, my buckle was misaligned in terms of pattern placement. The bag although a lovely style but just didn't speak to me..
