thank so much guys for sharing I emailed restory around 3 weeks ago and they still haven't got back to me although they are sharing things on instagram all the time. I have purchased from handbag clinic before but never had anything restored. I enquired about the restoration and they quoted me £300 for a complete repaint for a medium lady dior, I think that's a good price but wanted to have another quote to compare I guess I won't be going with restory anyway yikes I am so sorry that happened to you @bigverne28

Yeah, probably the same handbag clinic as well although they have been somewhat responsive. It’s because all their social media staff can work from home whilst not sure if their operations staff need to be in etc.

Sunbathing my MPA and straps. Perfect bright sunning morning to do this!

Not sure I'm brave enough to add Collonil though. I may experiment with that on a new MP vachetta strap, which is easily replaceable if things go wrong!

I used collonil last week on my MPA and once it dried you wont notice it. It does not darken the vachetta!

I also used collonil on my fresh vachetta of my nano speedy and nano noe and it’s absolutely fine, just make sure to spray in a well ventilated are and from a good distance away and cover the rest of the canvas if possible.

How many days should I 'sunbathe' for? Today whilst there was good direct sunlight, I had her out from 08.00 -14.00, checking regularly all was ok. I was planning to do the same kind of hours over a week period. What do you think?

The only thing that bothers me is that it didn’t came with the tag where the Code is printed on, I have only the tag you see on the picture where it gives you info about the fabric.
Do you think I should call CS ask for it ?
Or is it unimportant anyway since my bill would proof authenticity ?

The codes are for them not us. I really wouldn’t worry about the authenticity since you bought directly from them

My MPA came without the code sticker and the coated canvas card. Doesn’t bother me, as the receipt proves authenticity and is the most important part!
