Well, then this must be just one of the things that they make up rules for as they go along..? CS told me they don't and their rules state the same on site. This was the reason my orders were cancelled. Maybe if workplace address does not visibly appear to be a business place, just a street name and building number...??

They need to go over all their rules and policies because I honestly don’t know what is possible and what isn’t. I think for the price we all now pay they should be more organized and not have 10 different rules for different people. I just feel like every CS person I talk to they all give me some different info. Some were like well maybe you made too many orders this month. But I only made 3... isn’t 6 the limit? Anywho thank you ladies for your input I really appreciate it!
Surely must be country specific then. I so wish I could get LV deliveries to workplace...would make my life much easier
Yes its very confusing as I've made 9 orders since January:
1 x MPA Khaki
3 x Escale Victorine Wallets (2 blue, 1 red)
1 x Escale Bag Bag Charm & Key Holder
1 x Escale Cosmetic Pouch
2 x Handbag straps (MM monogram Adjustable & Shoulder Strap)
1 x Zipped Card Holder
Four items have been returned so far and when the other Blue Victorine Wallet arrives next week, the faulty one will go back. Based on the above I have no clue how far I'm from the ban list. Lol!

Hahaha I have a feeling that they don’t really count items that are returned. As in even if you returned the item they still count it as a purchase. At least that’s what I’m feeling like they are doing for my account
