I think the Gold Coussin PM + Gold hardware was exclusive for the Middle East during Ramadan this year. I don't think it will be released again.

MCBadian07 answered your question in post #47. Mixed metals are popular now hence the metallic gold leather with silver chain.
The pink one has gold chain.
