Would you mind sharing when your CA was managed to grab it for you? If its not too long ago, I may ask my CA here to look out for me even the chance is very slim.

14th of April, that was about 2 weeks after the WC second wave launching date.

With your vanity, can the zippers go all to 1 side? Mine is incredibly hard to pull after the middle point. I am not sure if its faulty or that is how its designed. Thank you.

I watched the video of your vanity charm again, maybe you put some wax on the zipper to make it smooth , and don’t stop the 2 zipper in the middle all the time, this caused the zipper track to curve outwards in the middle . Pull it to the side while you are not using it. Hope this help

Thank you so much for your confirmation. I think there is an issue with my zipper. My SA told me that the zipper is designed like that so they stay in the middle. Now I can point to her that the zipper seems to be faulty that it's super hard to pull them sideway like yours. I think I am going to exchange for another one. Thanks for your tips to avoid the zipper track curving outwards. I will ensure that I keep the zippers to the side when I get a new one.

Coussin BB in the background and Cousin Belt Bag on its' shorter chain strap. Shorter chain strap can be interchanged for the longer belt strap and worn around the waist or worn over one shoulder.

@23adeline my speedy charm has arrived. However the opening and closing of the zipper part is done poorly. Can I please check with you if yours is similar? I try to avoid having to exchange it as it’s going to be difficult to find a replacement for this hard to get charm. Thanks for your help in advance.

Do you mean the gap at zipper ends? I think mine is like that too, the charm is too small , I think it’s normal to have gaps there . I attached some previous photos for you to compare, the charm is not with me now .
