In store pre-orders closed a few days ago because the online pre launch starts tomorrow. It makes no sense but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Please know that placing a pre-order does not guarantee that you will receive an item. Last Saturday, some of my CAs messaged me that pre-orders we’re closed for the multi-Pochette. One of my CAs text me on Tuesday that many pre-orders for the MultiPochette are in a status of pooled, which does not guarantee anything. Many people pre-ordered Giant and Jungle items and never received them. This is why some people pre-order with multiple CAs.
Sending positive vibes to everyone that all pre-orders are fulfilled.

The CAs sent links to their clients because if the clients use the links to shop the LV website, the CAs receive credit/a percentage of the online purchase. The link my CA sent me on 9/10 is good for 14 days. My CA will receive credit for any items I purchase from the LV website using the link during the 14 days. The links are something that LV is testing.

I think this great for the CAs and customers alike. We do not have to always visit the store to work with our CAs. Less pressure while we make up our minds on what to get and at the same time they get credit if end up buying online.

I was probably really lucky. Mine wasn't a preorder, i paid for the bag and they set it aside on reserved for me to pick up on 9/27

I advise you not to cancel your pre-order until your bag arrives and it is to your liking. With all of the quality issues with LV lately, err on the side of caution and use the preorder with your CA as a back up.
