So my CA is telling me that there’s no guarantee I’ll get the MP and will be refunded if I don’t. I can also go on a waitlist for it if I don’t get it. So question - was there a cut off date by which one should’ve preordered? I really hate this uncertainty. I want to know if I’ve paid for an item, that said item will be mine. ***Le sigh ***
This happened to me with NM LV boutique. I asked about it and was told for any preorders over $1,000 they need to have the DL front & back. I complied with the request, hopefully this is all going to work out in the end.

I pre-ordered mine at the end of the July. However, a pre-order doesn’t guarantee an item. That is why it is important to buy it online if it becomes available PRIOR to receiving your in-store pre-order and then you can request a refund of your in-store pre-order. It is a complicated process. There are many people who pre-ordered Giant and Jungle items but never received them. Unfortunately, pre-orders have become an LV lottery system.
Thanks Emmjay. I’m totally new to placing a preorder so I only know what others have posted on the forum. If you get wind of a date that it might drop online, please ping us! I can’t believe the 180 degree change I made, I went from hell no to this bag to I have to have it. DH thinks I’m bonkers over a bag. I said yup guilty lol
